The larger and more popular of the towns markets, the Tuesday Market Square is in a newer part of town than the Saturday Market. Even so, it is a Georgian Square and has plenty of buildings of interest. It is home to the Corn Exchange and several pubs, restaurants and shops. When the market isn’t on the square is used as a car park.
