The North Norfolk Railway, also known as the poppy-line, connects Sheringham, Weybourne, Holt, and Kelling Heath Park by steam train.

The line was closed in the 70’s but resurrected by steam train enthusiasts shortly after. The line is also home to a signal box, children's activity coach, museum of the railway's history and souvenir shop at Sheringham station (the lines HQ). 'Broad Sidlinch' a 300 square foot model railway is at Holt. The stations are beautifully preserved, particularly Sheringham and Weybourne ,and a snack/tea shop operates at all stations except Kelling Heath. The rural route is a fine display of yellow and blue flowers in spring and toward the summer the poppies and heather flower.

All the stations have level access. There is wheelchair access to most trains, and disabled parking spaces at Holt Station. There is full wheelchair access to the giftshop and buffet at Sheringham Station. Talking timetable: 01263 820808
