Excellent - A wheelchair user will not miss out on anything.
Reasonable - A wheelchair user can access all the areas of significant interest including toilets.
Poor - A wheelchair user cannot access all the areas of significant interest.
None - A wheelchair user cannot enter the site, or would not have access to anything of interest.
