Things to do in Norfolk
About
Development of the site started in November 2006 with the aim of building the best website about Norfolk. We noticed that websites about Norfolk aren't that great; they either lack usability or content, or are just plain ugly. We can do so much better!
The site was first launched in a draft version on 8th February 2007. It's due to have more detail added between now and May, and also will move from the draft version to the full version by April, when several new sections are to be added (for example you'll be able to see information about the best beaches all on one page- the site is becoming more clever).
At the moment we're lacking some aspects of usability and some content, but despite this we're still the best place on the web to get information on Norfolk.
Adverts/Promotion & Impartiality
A conundrum- we need to generate income by advertising, but we also need to be impartial so that people can trust what we say. We get around this problem by reviewing tourist attractions and selling adverts only to restaurants and hotels. This means we generate an income and can make the site the best. If you'd like to be listed either as a paid or free entry please contact us. For more information on paid adverts click here.
